Dr. Morteza Rajabzadeh Oghaz

Dr. Morteza Rajabzadeh Oghaz received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering – Communications from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. His research focuses on signal processing for wireless communication systems, multicarrier waveform design and processing, OFDM and OTFS systems, Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC), MIMO and beamforming, Doppler processing for high-mobility scenarios, GNSS receiver signal processing, and next-generation 5G/6G communication technologies.
He has experience in both academic and industrial research and development, with activities spanning wireless system design, signal processing algorithms, communication receivers, and AI-assisted signal processing.
