Dr. Neda Baghiee received PhD degree at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in 2009 with the guidance and supervision of professor Mohammad Reza Esfahani and the advice of Dr. Kazem Moslem and Dr. Jalil Rezaeepazhand on the vibration monitoring of concrete structures strengthened by FRP sheets. For her dissertation, she also received advices from professor Guidio De Roeck in Belgium and professor Pascale in Italy. Prior to this, Bahiee studied in the field of finite element templates under supervision of professor Mohammad Rezaiee Pajand and possessed the advice of Professor Carlos Felippa at the University of Colorado. Baghiee co-operated with the Ferdowsi University of Mashhad from 2004 to 2014 in the field of education and research in the Structural Dynamics Laboratory. Neda Baghiee started her partnership with Quchan University of Technology from the second semester of the 2012-2011 school year. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at Quchan University of Technology.
